As a service provider of NCOA LInk (TM), via our partner BCC Software, we are required by the USPS to document both the source of the data and who is using the service, as well as retain a copy of this information to be available on demand by the USPS. The USPS requires a Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) for this purpose, which follows.
